The responsiveness of the staff, who helped us out at the last minute when we had a scheduling problem with our successive accommodations. Everything to do with the accommodation is beyond reproach. The bungalow was brand new and very clean, with great bedding and numerous amenities. The ease of access to the site and the space around the bungalow.
